Returns and Exchanges

Overview

We aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.

General Policy

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
  • Exclusions: Custom products, intimate or sanitary goods, swimwear, and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@ragejunkie.com with your name, order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Wait for our team to approve your return request.
  3. Shipping: Once approved, send your item to:

    Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
  • Process: Email us at contact@ragejunkie.com to initiate an exchange. Once approved, ship your item to the address above.

Cancellations and Restocking Fees

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order before production is complete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible, and your order is considered a binding contract for the product.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and cancellations after production has started.

Sale Items and Special Packages

  • Sale Items: Items on sale are not eligible for refunds.
  • Mystery and Festival Packages: No refunds, exchanges, or returns are offered for these packages. However, we guarantee no duplicate shirts in your pack.

Shipping Details

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Email tracking information to contact@ragejunkie.com.

Additional Information

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 25 days from the date we receive your item for exchanges to be fulfilled.
  • International Orders: We are not responsible for international taxes or customs fees.
